8 of the Monster Energy Motocross Nationals in Richmond, Ontario, on Sunday, saw the Hungarian Kornel Nemeth claim the MX1 overall on the strength of 2-1 motos. In MX2 action, Tyler Medaglia lived up to expectations by dominating on his home track and deliver his first clean sweep of the season.
In the Women’s Nationals presented by Honda, Heidi Cooke won the overall on the strength of 2-1 motos and at the same time finished the eastern segment of the points chase as champion.
