RED BULL 5000 DOWN
Mountain bikers gear up for mass start downhill race as Red Bull 5000 Down - presented by RockShox - hits Whistler Mountain Bike Park on September 11 and 12, 2010 featuring the greatest North American and European riders, including: Stevie Smith, who recently took sliver at the UCI Mountain Bike & Trials World Championships, MX1 National Pro Dusty Klatt, and 2008 World Champions siblings Gee and Rachel Atherton.

SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 11 – QUALIFYING (in the Garbanzo Zone) Athlete Registration (Westin Whistler Hotel, Lower Lobby): 8am-10am
Qualifying: 12pm-6pm
Results posted at finish: 6:30pm
SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 12 – RACE DAY (from the peak) Women’s Mass Start: 11am Men’s Mass Start: 12pm Awards Ceremony: 2pm
