While the first five rounds of the Monster Energy Motocross Nationals managed to escape heaven’s floodgates on race day, Mother Nature wasn’t in the mood to cooperate at Round 6 of the series in Ste-Thecle, QC.

 

The track, which was mercilessly pounded by heavy rain early in the morning and then after the first MX2 qualifier, turned into a mudbowl as the afternoon progressed. Although it would let up for a while, rain clouds kept dumping more water on the track causing chaos for all concerned.
