What is Quad Xross?

It’s a time trial, each racer starts 60 seconds apart & begins a
steady pace through about 8 km of woods, 3 km of fire road & field &
re-enters a motocross track.  Each lap will be about 20 minutes.
There will be 3 laps in total. It’s not about having the fastest
coolest quad, it’s about having a steady pace. The trail is cleared
enough for your race quad, but I’m not sure if the old 4x4 in the back
shed is the faster quad.  It’s about FUN.  After ever lap you will
need a pit crew for gas, water or just for you to say hi!  There will
be only 2 classes -the Quad Xross Advance & Quad Xross Racer.  Sorry
no mini class at this time.  Please remember we are trying this out to
see if there is enough interest to run this as a stand-alone series
for 2010. The course is not taught, no rocks, no logs, hopefully no
mud. It is about endurance, not braking things, we can always change
things up for the next event.  Let’s have some fun, as this course is
also designed for anyone with a quad. So sign up today!
