Attached please find the Notice of Completion for an Environmental
Screening Process for the St. Columban Wind Energy Projects.

This Notice was published in the Huron Expositor and Mitchell Advocate
newspapers on June 17th, 2009.

In compliance with Ontario Regulation 116/01, the ESR is available for
a 30-calendar day review period.  The ESR is being made available for
review and comment from June 23, 2009 to July 23, 2009.  Copies of the
ESR may be found during this review period at the following public
locations:
